It was clean and affordable for it's location.
The fire alarm went off several times during the night. My husband finally had to take it down and remove the battery. Upon check-out, I explained it to the proprietor. She asked me if it was just making the low battery sound or was it really going off. I explained that it was going off. She said, "Oh, I'm sorry. You should have called us to fix It.", as she handed me my receipt. I stood there feeling stupid and a little embarrassed. She then said, "Other than that thanks for coming to Looking Glass Inn. As I turned to leave, I told her, wouldn't be coming back. Then she said, "Well what do you want me to do?" I was really frustrated at that point and just threw my hands up and left the building. As a customer service representative, I find it frustrating that I needed to decide how to handle that situation, when it should have been the other way around.
